Meggie leaving me for a month (Taken with instagram)

I just ran the biggest loop around the area surrounding my home I could come up with and seriously felt like I was going to puke the last half of the run. But I had gotten so far home the only thing to do was keep running/ speed-walking till I got back. I didn’t really try to figure up a distance that I had ran while I was doing it but I was thinking it must have been a really long way. And I was pretty disappointed that it wasn’t even 5 miles and I was feeling that bad the last half of the way through. 

I can’t wait for the next Death at Dawn so I can have that accountability to run again.
